Lead – Analytical and Automation Solutions

Role Overview

• Lead the design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment of analytical and automation solutions for complex and multi-faceted use cases
• Own end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements definition through implementation, ensuring scalability, quality, and business alignment
• Define solution approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and make decisions on design, tools, and methodologies
• Translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into structured analytical outputs, automation workflows, and solution architectures
• Drive issue resolution, optimize solution performance, and ensure long-term solution effectiveness and sustainability
• Influence stakeholders across teams to align on solution design, priorities, and delivery expectations
• Drive adoption and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and operational improvements
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, frameworks, and automation capabilities across multiple solutions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members; support knowledge sharing and capability development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience designing and leading analytical and automation solutions across multiple use cases or domains
• Experience includes evaluating solution approaches across analytics, automation (RPA/workflows), and AI/ML techniques (e.g., predictive models, NLP)
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements, guiding implementation, and integrating multiple capabilities into scalable solutions
• Working knowledge of GenAI applications (LLM-based solutions, automation augmentation) is expected
• Recognized as a technical lead across multiple use cases
