Responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of Gas Distribution’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations across Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Responsible for the integration of the Gas Business plan with all affected departments and groups.
Evaluates and approves new materials, products, and processes for distribution system.
Implements and manages common portal for publication and management of standards and procedures.
Designs, implements, and maintains the quality management programs including inspection activities.

Requires Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, applied science or related discipline.
Minimum of ten (10) years gas distribution, engineering or technical experience.
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to natural gas distribution and production.
Knowledge of quality management processes and practices.
Requires strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
Relevant certifications (none specified).
