Directs, coordinates, and supervises the daily activities of field engineering designers
Responsible for reviewing and approving work for internal/external customer requests
Accountable for direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, safety leadership and technical guidance to assigned staff
Collaborates with other Engineers within Engineering to ensure consistency and teamwork
Maintains awareness of customer requirements and customer satisfaction

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related technical experience required
Minimum of five years of related technical experience is required
Previous experience in electric distribution is preferred
Previous experience in a supervisory role is also preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills by achieving positive results under non-ideal circumstances
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry codes and standards related to the electric utility industry
Valid driver’s license
