About this role
Role Overview
- Participate in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications
- Formulate and define the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes
- Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups
- Identify and document all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes
- Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues for a specific business group
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
- Experience with mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Strong ability to act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
- Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrations
- Deep understanding of end-to-end system integrations
- Proficiency using Jira for Agile delivery
- Strong experience documenting requirements and system knowledge in Confluence
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proven expertise in creating high-quality analysis artifacts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting testing and validation efforts
- Solid understanding of data flows and business rules
- Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
