Design and maintain the OpEx semantic data layer in Snowflake
Develop and deploy advanced analytical models and AI/ML applications
Build and maintain automation flows that eliminate manual reporting
Develop network-level PowerBI dashboards
Own OpEx's platform requirements and represent them directly in platform design
Drive the OpEx analytics and AI roadmap
Use data, modeling, and AI to optimize WMS/LMS settings
Lead cross-functional analysis with routing, transportation, and inventory teams
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
Train OpEx colleagues and site leadership on tools and methods
Mentor OpEx colleagues on advanced analytical techniques
Plan and execute multiple projects in parallel

Minimum of 5 years experience with semantic layer design and SQL
3+ years of demonstrated success managing projects, including cross-functional and network-level initiatives
3+ years experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment
3+ years experience developing in PowerBI — including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design at the network level
3+ years experience with WMS (Manhattan Active a plus) and/or LMS systems and database structure
2+ years working directly with lean, process improvement, continuous improvement, or similar
Programming and scripting experience with (Python, SQL, or similar) for automation, modeling, and data engineering work.
