Help insure that initiatives are vetted with key stakeholders and deliver on their potential
Lead and manage multiple cost of care initiatives including the most complex initiatives enterprise wide
Drive execution of cost control measures in healthcare
Develop, manage, oversee, and execute new initiatives to manage rising costs
Identify and develop best practices and cost of care improvement processes
Oversee the identification of potential cost of care savings opportunities through complex analytics
Champion cost of care initiatives and partner with various teams
Manage and present cost of care projects to senior leadership
Serve on local and enterprise committees

Requires a BS/BA degree
Minimum of 9 years relevant experience in Health Care
Strongly preferred Financial, Business, and Leadership acumen
MBA, MHA, MA preferred
PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Prior experience with provider network contracting, provider networks, claims, finance, and operations preferred
Prior experience with Data Mining, Financial Modeling and SQL preferred
