Role Overview
- Work directly with Third Party Advisors providing operational and practice management support
- Support Advisor Desk and Relationship Management team with expertise on infrastructure and operational processes
- Act as SME for operational processes developing standard operating procedures
- Manage and monitor aspects of controls to ensure risk minimization
- Support special initiatives and projects for Third Party Advisor platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a client facing role interacting with internal and external relationships
- Preferred: 7+ years of experience in a client facing role
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) and Broker Dealer (B/D) Regulatory Environment
- Strong communication skills and client influencing ability
