Role Overview
- Assess pipeline quality in relation to role targets and recommend top areas of focus to drive performance
- Proactively contact participants to schedule appointments and follow-up on money movement activities
- Monitor documentation quality and source insights to inform coaching activities
- Leverage past performance to prioritize support for on-campus events
- Coordinate completion of all activities associated with moving new hires into production
- Provide logistical support for on-campus events
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- No Experience Required
- FINRA Registrations SRC Indicator: Series 6 or 7; Series 63
- Life and Health Insurance License (Multi-state)
- Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days
