Review and analyze client tax and revenue data to prepare accurate returns.
Prepare supporting workpapers and reconcile client ledgers to imported tax data.
Facilitate and process state and local tax filings—both paper and online—and ensure timely payments.
Communicate with clients throughout the tax preparation process and act as a client representative with applicable agencies as needed.
Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
Process business renewal applications and exemption certifications.

Bachelor’s degree (math degree preferred) or equivalent experience in accounting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external clients.
Effective prioritization and time management skills to meet tax deadlines.
Familiarity with telecommunications industry tax requirements.
Experience with tax preparation software.
