Role Overview
- Responsible for granting settlement authority on highly complex claims.
- Provides recommendations on requests to go to trial on cases where the gross exposure is in excess of MCO authority.
- Handles catastrophic losses, litigated files, and rejected tenders in highly challenging venues.
- Collaborates with Field leadership on additional steps to be taken regarding claims.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing bodily injury litigation claims and homeowners liability exposures.
- Proficiency in handling complex, high-exposure bodily injury and litigation claims.
- Authorization to work in the United States, as it is not our practice to sponsor individuals for work visas.
