Role Overview
- Perform regular preventative and unscheduled/emergency maintenance on a variety of equipment
- Keep equipment parts inventory list, order replacement parts as necessary
- Detect and notify the Production Supervisor or Production Manager of questionable conditions
- Work with outside vendors as necessary
- Perform maintenance of building and grounds as directed
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 5 + years’ manufacturing experience with strong skills in equipment repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of machine repair, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and janitorial skills
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls (PLC)
