Support in managing international key accounts and gradually taking on responsibility for own customers
Planning and managing capacity requirements for assigned customers and brands
Coordinating credit line management in close cooperation with internal departments
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities and technical developments to identify new opportunities
Preparing cost calculations and proposal parameters for innovative coating technologies
Assisting in price negotiations and the preparation of customer-specific offers
Close collaboration with international partners, coaters and substrate suppliers across the entire value chain
Supporting the development of product, pricing and sales strategies as well as global sales and demand planning (IBP)
Assisting in the preparation and alignment of international framework and supply agreements
Maintaining and ensuring high data quality in our SAP systems

Completed commercial vocational training of at least 3 years, supplemented by further business administration training (IHK, VWA)
Advanced SAP knowledge
Excellent knowledge of our products and processes
Basic knowledge of precious metal handling
Knowledge of dangerous goods, transport and insurance regulations
Excellent English skills
