Lead ideation, exploration, and discovery during requirements gathering
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and financial industry solutions that could drive competitive advantages
Design end-to-end solutions, including network and disaster recovery planning
Deliver analysis, high-level solutions, application design, and default technology catalog and reference artifacts
Support SDLC, intake process solutioning, and change management processes
Drive standardization and adoption of architectural best practices and common patterns across integration, cloud adoption, and application modernization
Manage application portfolio, including application rationalization, vendor consolidation, obsolescence management, risk mitigation, function automation, and optimization of user satisfaction and cost savings
Develop enterprise architecture and business line architectural roadmaps of current and target states and socialize to gain endorsement
Create action plans in alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy priorities
Drive architecture council approval process for new technology adoption and implementation
Act as a technical lead in project/product development utilizing agile methodologies and DevSecOps automation practices
Act as a technology partner within Aviso by proactively building relationships with the business groups to ensure achievable and technologically sound solutions are implemented
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
10 + years of experience in computer science or engineering
5+ years in customer-facing roles, leading deep technical architecture discussions with Senior Executives, Enterprise Architects, IT management, and developers
3+ years of experience / hands-on experience with Okta/Auth0 implementation, including user migration, passkey adoption, and modernization of authentication platforms
Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including custom policies, migration strategies, branded experiences, and architecture design using Okta Auth0, Azure AD B2B/B2C, External ID, and Azure API Management (APIM) – along with experience designing onboarding and identity solutions for diverse user groups (e.g., investors, advisors) across multiple organizations, with integrated Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
Strong experience designing complex delegated authentication flows to enable personalized experiences across enterprise and consumer applications Extensive experience with cloud-based platforms, mainly Azure including resource
Expertise in secure authentication and authorization design, including PKCE, mTLS, RBAC, and ABAC, and development of automated user management services
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture on Azure (e.g., Azure Container Apps), including integration with on-prem systems and use of cloud-native patterns (sidecar, service mesh, anti-corruption layer, façade) configuration, management, and monitoring. AWS experience is an advantage

Strong experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps development practices
Proven experience in API and batch processing development
Strong collaboration and engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and partners to define identity requirements and user profiles
Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset.
