Role Overview
- Builds relationships at appropriate client/vendor level
- Manages, understands and acts on client requests and needs
- Develops and maintains good client and partner agency relationships
- Writes conference reports reflecting meetings to send to client
Requirements
- Responsible for day-to-day management of assigned account(s)
- Manage/coordinate Client projects from planning to completion
- Serve as daily contact between the Agency and the Client
- Execute strategies and problem-solve to develop business relationships
- Knowledge of key trends and stats, ability to draw conclusions
