Helping people whose homes have been damaged by an incident
Independent handling and settlement of property and liability claims
Conducting on-site inspections and recording damage
Independently preparing expert reports, assessments and statements
Assessing causes of damage, scope of damage and remediation costs
Coordinating and aligning with all relevant parties (insurers, policyholders, service providers, other experts, etc.)
Ensuring quality
and customer-focused claims handling
Requirements
Degree in engineering (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering), certification as a state-qualified technician, or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in one of the above fields
Solid knowledge of building-related damage
Good knowledge of structural and civil engineering (building and civil works) is an advantage
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Independent and structured working style
Strong communication skills and customer focus
Valid driver's license (Class B)
