Role Overview
- Handle all aspects of complex directors & officers claims
- Make coverage determinations and investigate losses
- Collaborate with underwriting and deliver differentiated value to customers
- Effectively strategize and budget litigation of each claim
Requirements
- A strong track record of handling complex insurance claims
- Preferably within Financial Lines
- Demonstrated ability to analyze policies of insurance and legal documents
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of litigation and arbitration process
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Juris Doctor is preferred
