Act as a global functional design authority for O2C and Banking process and system changes.
Manage end‑to‑end process and solution design decisions ensuring that all changes are scalable.
Assess, approve, or reject proposed process or system changes to ensure alignment with the global design and transformation roadmap.
Serve as a functional subject‑matter expert for O2C processes across SAP ECC, S/4HANA environments, High Radius and Esker.
Identify automation opportunities from systemic inefficiencies and root causes using data, process mining, and operational insights.
Drive change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning to ensure new solutions deliver sustained value.

8 – 12+ years’ experience in Order to Cash within a large, complex, international organisation, shared services, or consulting environment covering: Credit Risk, Pricing, Order Management and Billing, Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Management.
Strong, hands‑on SAP O2C experience, across ECC and S/4HANA.
Proven AR automation experience with HighRadius and Esker.
Demonstrated track record of delivering transformation or major process/system change, not just operational BAU.
Ability to work independently, influence senior stakeholders, and operate effectively in a global matrix.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
