Recruiter

Role Overview

• Conducts regular visits to targeted high schools, businesses, and community organizations for the purposes of recruiting prospective students
• Represents UACCB at college and career fairs and business expositions
• Provides admissions and career counseling to prospective students in relationship to the College’s programs and pathways
• Attends evening recruitment-related activities and events
• Completes limited overnight travel for recruitment events

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in public presentation settings
• Ability to qualify to drive on state business
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• One to two years of experience in a direct college admissions or recruitment role (preferred)
