Develop and manage creator partnerships across the entire process

Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns
Serve as a senior sparring partner within the team and work closely cross-functionally with Brand, Performance Marketing, and Creative
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing within eCommerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands, including demonstrable success scaling campaigns profitably
Strong platform expertise on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, combined with strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
