Contribute to day-to-day HR activities across the DACH region, from data maintenance to the employee lifecycle.
Take ownership of tasks and gain realistic, hands-on insight into operational HR management in an EdTech company.
Support the digitalization and further development of HR processes.
Maintain personnel data in Personio, handle inquiries and contract adjustments.
Support employees throughout their journey from onboarding to offboarding, including preparing employment references.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree relevant to the role (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field), with at least one year of enrollment.
People Ops experience: initial exposure to HR operations through internships, working-student roles, or similar positions.
Handling sensitive data: careful and discreet handling of confidential personnel information.
Data affinity: comfortable with numbers and master data, precise, detail-oriented, and able to keep an overview when working on parallel tasks.
Independent work style: reliably execute tasks, think proactively, and contribute your own suggestions.
Language skills: fluent in German, both written and spoken. Sufficient English skills to work in an international team.
