Tier-1 projects — independently driving strategically important projects from concept to a final, development-ready mockup.
Stakeholder work — shaping the design concept even when the client doesn't yet know what they want — proposing a vision rather than waiting for a detailed brief.
Creative partnership — pairing with the UX/technical designer, who owns structure and flows, and working closely with the art director to jointly maintain the visual bar.
Requirements
Visual mastery — a strong web design portfolio with an obvious "wow" factor: modern, aesthetically flawless interfaces and landing pages.
UI above all — deep UI skills: typography, composition, color, detail, and working with design systems.
UX instinct — thinking beyond aesthetics — understanding flows, usability, and user behavior while pairing with the UX designer.
Audience understanding — designing for a specific audience (complex B2B/enterprise clients) rather than an abstract user.
Proactivity — the ability to guide stakeholders and sell design decisions, not just execute tasks.
Independence — the ability to carry a complex project through to completion without step-by-step direction.
Conversion design (PPC) — experience with advertising landing pages and an understanding of conversion design is a plus.
Figma — fluent proficiency, working with design systems and preparing mockups for development handoff. (Must have)
Adobe — After Effects / Premiere (video) and Photoshop (photo). (Must have)
AI design and development — generative tools and AI-assisted design in daily work; ability to build with AI and implement modern web effects (animations, scroll interactions, micro-interactions).
Frontend understanding (HTML / CSS / JS) — understanding of responsive design basics and layout constraints; deeper skills are a strong bonus.
English — B2 level or higher (working with English-speaking products and audiences).
