Sales, Customer Contact & Appointment Scheduling

Role Overview

• You qualify incoming leads from various channels.
• You contact potential customers by phone or email.
• You schedule appointments for our field sales representatives.
• You record all contacts and activities in a structured way in our CRM system.
• You work closely with Marketing and Sales.

Requirements

• Initial experience in telephone customer service is an advantage — but not required
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident telephone manner
• Proficient with common office software such as MS Office
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken — at native level
