As a BDR, you are the face of Solarize and the first, crucial point of contact for our prospective partners.
You identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new growth opportunities.
You build a high-quality pipeline through targeted research and creative outbound strategies.
In initial conversations, you uncover prospects' challenges, pique their interest, and qualify them for the next step.
In close collaboration with the CEO, Marketing, and Account Executives, you test new approaches and help us continuously refine our sales playbook.

Willingness and motivation to launch a career in tech sales and tackle a steep learning curve.
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of phone outreach, and a professional, confident presence in direct customer interactions.
A desire to improve every day — professionally and personally.
A degree in (technical) business administration or a comparable field.
Excellent German language skills at native level (C2), both written and spoken.
Initial experience in outbound sales (B2B SaaS) or another customer-facing role (nice-to-have).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools (nice-to-have).
Basic understanding of or interest in the energy or real estate sectors (nice-to-have).
Good English skills (nice-to-have).
