Managing the delivery of outsourcing work for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time and within budget.
Acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Planning, coordinating and prioritising workflows while working closely with Managers, Directors and Partners.
Supporting, coaching and reviewing the work of Outsourcing Assistants and Semi Seniors, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
Preparing and reviewing client work, resolving technical queries and escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
Maintaining high standards of compliance, including client onboarding, AML/KYC requirements and engagement documentation.
Monitoring work in progress, supporting billing processes and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to enhance client service and support cross-service referrals.
Contributing to business development initiatives, networking opportunities and client events to support the continued growth of the Outsourcing team.
Requirements
AAT qualified
Maths & English GCSE
C or equivalent
