Build exceptional customer experiences – Create seamless, end-to-end journeys that help merchants discover, access, and benefit from myPOS products and services.
Lead product delivery – Drive complex initiatives from discovery through rollout, working across multiple teams to deliver high-impact customer outcomes.
Use data to improve products – Leverage customer research, behavioural analytics, experimentation, and AI capabilities to optimise engagement, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Collaborate across the business – Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams to define requirements, prioritise work, and successfully launch customer-facing experiences.
Balance customer and business needs – Make informed product decisions by combining customer insight, commercial objectives, technical considerations, and measurable success metrics.
Requirements
Strong Product Management experience – 3-6+ years building customer-facing digital products, ideally within fintech, payments, B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or similar technology businesses.
Customer product expertise – Experience owning products across both mobile and web, with a track record of improving customer engagement and delivering measurable business outcomes.
AI product experience – Hands-on experience building AI-powered products or features, with knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, recommendation systems, or other AI/ML technologies.
Cross-functional leadership – Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery while working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams.
Strong product thinking – Experience defining product strategy, prioritising roadmaps, using customer insights and experimentation, and balancing competing priorities.
Bonus points – Experience building engagement, growth, or lifecycle products, familiarity with fintech or payments, or experience scaling products across multiple countries or regions.
