About this role
Role Overview
Act as and innovate as an internal analytics consultant and data ambassador within the Customer Intelligence team and Marketing leadership
Measure results of the customer relationship program, including A/B tests and pilots
Analyze outputs from personalization models to support a continuous improvement cycle for the models
Perform customer behavior analyses for the Lojas Renner S.A. ecosystem using statistical knowledge and programming
Analyze CRM campaign performance for the project, loyalty, media and marketing efforts, including recommendations to optimize campaign investment and measure results
Collaborate with business teams to define A/B testing frameworks, including measurement models and implementation methodology
Requirements
Experience performing analytical processes such as data reading and cleaning, analysis generation and visualization
Strong statistical foundation, with knowledge of sampling, statistical significance and, preferably, causal inference
Build statistical analyses applied to business decision-making
Programming in SQL and Python
Understanding of measurement techniques and hypothesis testing
Present insights and recommendations to business areas using data storytelling
Nice-to-haves: Experience with Customer KPIs; experience analyzing CRM and loyalty campaigns; analyses of LTV, full-funnel, MMM and related methods; knowledge of fashion retail; knowledge of media and marketing
