Manage and mentor a team of digital experts specializing in paid social media advertising, programmatic display and video, and paid search, fostering their professional development and ensuring optimal campaign performance;
Build and develop strong client relationships to become a strategic partner who understands their business and objectives;
Establish and maintain relationships with partner agencies and media vendors, seeking collaboration opportunities;
Contribute to client education and internal training programs for junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices;
Actively pursue organic growth opportunities and participate in new business development activities;
Produce and manage project forecasts and statements of work, ensuring accurate planning and optimal resource allocation;
Cultivate a test-and-learn environment where curiosity and ownership are valued, encouraging continuous exploration of insights to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve business objectives;
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes;
Promote collaboration and communication across departments, fostering a cohesive and cooperative work environment;
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in performance media, and provide strategic recommendations;
Work with the finance team to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting related to performance media activities;
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences and client meetings, showcasing expertise and building industry connections;
Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging exploration of new platforms, technologies and media channels;
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing and professional growth among team members.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, with a total of 6 to 8 years of experience in digital or digital media strategy;
Deep expertise in one or more paid media disciplines: paid search, programmatic display and video, and paid social;
Proficiency in one or more media management platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, DV360/Trade Desk/Amazon, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others;
A good understanding of an ad server, such as Campaign Manager, and its features;
Advanced knowledge of optimization best practices and a performance-driven mindset;
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, calculated fields and other relevant functions;
Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.
