Ensure accommodation, transport, activities and other travel services are secured accurately and efficiently across a diverse portfolio of destinations
Collaborate closely with suppliers, operational teams and the Reservation Supervisor
Support the smooth and profitable operation of our reservations function
Provide day-to-day support to Reservation Agents, helping maintain high standards of accuracy and service across the team
Manage a high volume of bookings, building strong supplier relationships and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced travel environment
Requirements
Experience within the tourism or hospitality industry, particularly within reservations, sourcing or supplier management
Knowledge of trip operations across FIT, tailor-made, MICE and/or small group travel
Experience working with DMCs and tourism suppliers
Strong ability to build and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating competitive rates and services
Experience using travel-related systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (additional European languages are highly regarded)
Experience managing high-volume bookings, multiple competing priorities and complex operational requirements with exceptional attention to detail
