Role Overview
- Force Multiplier: Support on central Enterprise & Mission Critical initiatives along with their execution for a focussed region (LAT). Also, this role will cover the vertical focus for the Americas.
- Analysis of TAM & chalking key verticals for replication & growth.
- Growth Strategy: Developing & executing the strategy working closely with BD, Sales & presales teams.
- Overseeing the introduction of new portfolio/solutions into strategic accounts and segments.
- Educating and amplifying Products and Solutions to Sales & presales.
- Supporting Sales & presales with customer specific demand generation programs and positioning of targeted solutions to win identified sales opportunities.
- Support bringing together the right product and services to address new opportunities.
- Ensuring achievement of annual growth targets and overall business success.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering. MBA desirable
- Business development experience (10+ years) in Enterprise esp on Optical product & solutions
- Understanding of Enterprise requirements, network architecture & related solutions
- Polished, refined, confident and charismatic interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting to C level internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently & lead cross functional teams.
- Self-motivated and results-focused

- knowledge of other technologies portfolio so to be able to look across NI & Nokia for synergies.
