Advising domestic and international clients on all aspects and phases of restructuring and insolvency, with a particular focus on self-administration (Eigenverwaltung)
Handling demanding and varied tasks with a high degree of responsibility and close client contact
Advising companies, business owners, clients and creditors on restructuring matters
Drafting contracts
Advising on corporate transactions, especially distressed M&A
Establishing processes in close cooperation with our clients, including on-site at the company where required
Requirements
Two state examinations with above-average results
Experience in the described practice area, e.g., gained during the legal clerkship (Referendariat)
Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong enthusiasm for business and financial matters
Highly developed ability to pursue creative and compromise-oriented solutions
Enjoys teamwork and taking individual responsibility
