Role Overview
- Advising domestic and international clients on all aspects and phases of restructuring and insolvency, with a particular focus on self-administration (Eigenverwaltung)
- Handling demanding and varied tasks with a high degree of responsibility and close client contact
- Advising companies, business owners, clients and creditors on restructuring matters
- Drafting contracts
- Advising on corporate transactions, especially distressed M&A
- Establishing processes in close cooperation with our clients, including on-site at the company where required
Requirements
- Two state examinations with above-average results
- Experience in the described practice area, e.g., gained during the legal clerkship (Referendariat)
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong enthusiasm for business and financial matters
- Highly developed ability to pursue creative and compromise-oriented solutions
- Enjoys teamwork and taking individual responsibility
- Committed and proactive personality
