Leverage current-state analysis and findings to design future-state contracting processes, controls and operating model improvements that support a simplified, standardised and scalable contract lifecycle.
Develop future-state process maps, client journeys, service designs and workflow models that improve user experience, strengthen accountability and enhance contract lifecycle visibility.
Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology and Client Delivery teams to define, validate and document business, functional and reporting requirements for future-state contracting capabilities.
Design future-state controls, governance frameworks and obligations management approaches that strengthen compliance, monitoring and risk management across the contract lifecycle.
Assess future-state process, data and technology requirements, including contract management tooling, and provide recommendations to support enhanced visibility, workflow management and control effectiveness.

Demonstrated experience leading business analysis activities within large-scale transformation programs.
Strong experience in contracting, contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or commercial contracting processes.
Strong experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation, controls assessment and operating model design.
Demonstrated experience conducting client journey mapping, user journey mapping, UX analysis and service design activities.
Experience assessing and redesigning controls, governance processes, and risk management frameworks.
