Requirements
- At least 6-9 years of experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- AgentOps & LLM Reliability Engineering (Langfuse / LangSmith / OpenTelemetry / Datadog / AgentOps)
- LLM Evaluation & Guardrail Frameworks (LangSmith Evals / OpenAI Evals / DeepEval / Ragas / Guardrails AI / NeMo Guardrails)
- Observability, Tracing & Production Monitoring (OpenTelemetry / Langfuse / Datadog / LangSmith / Prometheus / Grafana)
- Incident Response, SRE & Production Operations (PagerDuty / Opsgenie / ServiceNow / Jira / SLO-SLI/Error Budget practices)
- Python Development & Automation (Python / FastAPI / Pytest / asyncio / Git)
