Role Overview

- Identify and resolve incidents, ensuring operational continuity.

- Prepare availability and performance reports.
- Contribute to improvements in monitoring processes.
Requirements
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Linux and Windows).
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Certifications such as ITIL, NOC/MOC, or networking (e.g., CCNA).
- Experience with high-availability environments.
- Knowledge of scripting for automation (Shell, Python).
