About this role

Lead and coordinate multiple monthly events to drive productivity and engagement
Facilitate training programs for new event leaders, promoting skill development and leadership
Oversee the transition of concepts generated from events to designated ideation tools for further development
Implement a structured approach for pre-event preparation, execution, and post-event review
Work with relevant teams to ensure the establishment of a comprehensive event calendar for the upcoming years
Ensure that events contribute to organizational objectives, particularly in generating savings from addressed expenses
Support the training and 'shadowing' of individuals leading events, alongside the IA event leaders team
Track and report on the effectiveness of event outcomes, utilizing systematic methodologies for evaluation
Gather and analyze participant feedback to ensure high satisfaction and perceived value from events

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred)
Proven experience in event management or project facilitation (minimum of 5 years)
Familiarity with data analysis and process improvement methodologies is an advantage
Proficiency in English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
