Patient Access Staffing Coordinator

Role Overview

• Provides tactical workforce planning
• Offers real-time support and analytical insights
• Ensures appropriate staffing and service levels within the Patient Access Center (PAC)
• Partners closely with access center operations and leadership to forecast demand
• Optimizes schedules and monitors real-time performance
• Supports data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in workforce management
• experience in a high-volume, multi-skilled, multi-site contact center environment
• Current Patient Access Center team member with 1+ years of experience and demonstrated capability in workforce functions
• Preferred Staff scheduling experience
