VP M&A, VP Quality Engineering

Role Overview

• Define and maintain the criteria that make an SME-review workbook ready
• Own the acceptance criteria for AI-generated pull requests
• Own the functional Go/No-Go quality checklist
• Run weekly quality triage with Remediation Operations
• Define, track, and report the program’s core quality metrics
• Set and oversee the application-level and end-to-end test bar
• Coordinate quality expectations across various tracks
• Establish defect-escape and quality thresholds

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in quality engineering/assurance
• Minimum of 3 years leading quality and test strategy for complex, multi-team software programs
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end quality governance
• Experience with test-management and defect-tracking tooling (e.g., qTest and Jira)
• Experience governing vendor/partner test execution and coordinating SME-owned UAT sign-off
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
