Role Overview
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance and testing initiatives across multiple strategic Data Governance software delivery projects
- Manage QE teams aligning with development and product teams
- Ensure quality gates are met and drive the delivery of high-quality software products on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define test plans and delivery schedules
- Track QE deliverables, KPI’s and defect metrics
- Hire, mentor and coach QE professionals to build high-performing, motivated teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- At least 3 years of prior management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
