Business Analytics Consultant – Marketing & Customer Analytics

Role Overview

• leverage analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data driven solutions
• recommend appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics
• analyze and process data, build and maintain models and report templates, and develop dynamic, data-driven solutions
• provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis
• consult on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitate implementation of new tools and data marts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer, or decision analytics (preferably in financial services)
• demonstrated strong results orientation, and/or indicate progress tackling complex problems–Pegasystems CDH experience is advantageous
• strong analytical skills
• self-starter mentality
• focus on leveraging data and insights to quickly answer key business questions
• ability to recognize and communicate obstacles
• effective communication of analytical insights
