Lead the discovery and delivery of customer and employee experiences across Retail Lending portfolio
Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to understand the vision, roadmap, features and releases for customer journeys
Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to facilitate customer research, designs, prototypes, and other exploration activities
Define, refine, accept, and prioritize stories according to business value, risk, stakeholder priorities, and complexity
Partner with Senior Product owners to own and maintain one scrum team’s backlog to streamline execution
Participate in the program and team events including quarterly planning, demos, daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives
Manage activities for completion and proper documentation of business requirements and validate metrics as appropriate for methodology and Enterprise controls
Work with the team with a MVP philosophy to deliver frequent, reliable, desirable and scalable software solutions
Requirements
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
