Serve as the day-to-day contact for all administrative needs of the client, trust or retirement plan
Conduct administrative reviews and communicate issues to the client and appropriate committees
Review and implement transaction processing and respond to client inquiries
Assist clients in meeting regulatory obligations by providing necessary documents and tax information
Administer more complex accounts ensuring compliance with legal and fiduciary regulations
Manage a diverse book of business with varying account types
Deliver client services to grow the business and ensure the highest level of client experience
Handle risk management and resolution of legal and compliance-related issues for assigned accounts
Maintain and retain assets under management by educating clients on available tools and resources through engagement with clients, beneficiaries, and gatekeepers
Meet regularly with clients to maintain relationships and identify needs for bank products and services
Cultivate a referral network through client relationships
Requirements
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Bachelors degree
Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
