Responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects involving the design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover of building automation systems
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards
Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with specifications and building codes
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation plans
Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and integrated systems testing (IST)
Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting, margin analysis, tracking change orders, and assisting with billing and payments

3-5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services
Strong background in BMS and control systems
Technical knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls Metasys)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, or BMS-specific certifications (e.g., BCIA) advantageous
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project), MS Office Suite, and BMS software tools
Knowledge of construction safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, CSCS certification)
Willingness to travel to various construction sites
