4+ years of ecommerce or consumer marketing experience
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer retention
Experience working with designers and creative teams
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong commercial instincts with an understanding of what motivates customers
Passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
Experience with customer segmentation and personalized marketing
Comfortable leveraging AI to improve marketing quality and speed
Familiarity with platforms such as GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Tableau, Power BI, Shopify, or similar ecommerce tools
