About this role
Role Overview
Lead onboarding and implementation for new and existing Treasury Management customers, including payables, receivables, and other financial products
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer representatives throughout the implementation process via phone and email
Conduct onboarding activities, perform analysis, and coordinate implementation tasks from point of sale through customer use
Monitor and track implementation requests, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure product functionality aligns with customer requirements and business needs
Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate potential risks or obstacles impacting implementation
Provide clear and consistent status updates to customers and internal partners
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering an efficient, high-quality onboarding experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of related experience
Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes, with an understanding of how customers use them
Strong planning and organizational skills, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and external customers
Proficient computer navigation skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
