About this role
Role Overview
Lead the team that defines HP's worldwide Personal Systems marketing strategy.
Orchestrate the corresponding execution model across Enterprise, SMB, Consumer, and Gaming segments.
Define HP's global PS marketing strategy across segments.
Ensure the strategy is grounded in customer & competitive insights, aligned with the Business-owned 4P plan.
Evolve the strategy in response to business needs, market dynamics, and shifting funding realities.
Co-own the development of the FY and H2 PS Strategic Marketing Plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field; MBA a plus.
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, planning, and/or go-to-market roles, with at least 3 years in a people-leadership role in a global/matrix environment.
Demonstrated experience defining and leading multi-segment marketing strategies (Commercial/B2B and Consumer; Gaming exposure a plus).
Track record managing large global marketing budgets including partner/Alliance funding, and implementing allocation and cost-to-serve frameworks.
Hands-on experience with closed-loop measurement, brand preference tracking, and data-driven optimization.
Comfort with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to interrogate data and drive decisions.
Experience working with senior executives (VP/SVP) and representing marketing in cross-functional executive forums.
