Role Overview
- Contribute to defining and delivering the lifecycle of products in Allstate’s portfolio
- Support strategic product vision, product discovery, and roadmaps
- Work closely with key stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategies
- Lead discovery and test-and-learn activities for product validation
- Apply user-centered design practices to gather insights and incorporate user feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product-focused role
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering products in an IT environment
- Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise initiatives
- Experience using Java or Python
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate challenges
