Role Overview
- Lead the engineering strategy, implementation, delivery, and ongoing operation of the enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.
- Provide technical and people leadership for a team of engineers.
- Drive adoption of enterprise-wide risk, compliance, controls, assessments, and audit processes through the platform.
- Define implementation strategy, solution architecture, configuration approach, and deployment roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years leading engineering teams and technology delivery organizations.
- 5+ years of enterprise application architecture and integration experience.
- Hands-on experience leading at least one full-scale Fusion GRC implementation.
- Proven experience owning implementation, configuration, integration, migration, deployment, and operational support of Fusion GRC solutions.
