Role Overview
- Handle basic investigation regarding most aspects of auto claims (coverage, liability and damages)
- Identify customer needs and work to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills
- Apply a basic understanding of systems and technology used within the company
- Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential
- Begin recognizing and identifying body parts of a vehicle and other potential property damage
Requirements
- Must possess authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to take full ownership of claims from start to finish
- Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Organizational and proactive skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
