- Completes non-standard and complex wire transfer repairs
- Conducts regulatory review and reporting
- Engages in domestic and international wire troubleshooting
- Writes and maintains operational procedures
- Monitors departmental email inquiries
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years general work experience
- Minimum of 1 year bank operations experience (preferred)
