Conduct Psychological Assessments: Expand our services by conducting psychological testing and evaluations (e.g., ADHD, neurodiversity, diagnostic clarification)
Utilize your specialties: Whether you specialize in trauma, anxiety, sports performance, or couples work, we will help tailor your caseload to your clinical strengths
Collaborate & Consult: Participate in a warm, team-oriented environment where case consultation and peer support are highly encouraged
Choose to work out of our Westmont office (Quail Ridge Dr), our Chicago office (W Jackson Blvd), or create a hybrid schedule that works for you.
Requirements
A Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program
Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois (or currently license-eligible)
The ability and desire to conduct psychological assessments (this is highly valued and a huge plus for our team!)
A culturally competent, trauma-informed approach to therapy
A collaborative, positive attitude and a desire to be part of a "fun and growing" group practice
Specialized training or certifications in modalities like EMDR, CBT, IFS, DBT or experience running intensives/support groups (bonus points)
