Partner with leave vendors to support accurate administration of employee leaves and related documentation.
Review and process leave requests in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Coordinate leave administration activities with employees, managers, payroll, HR partners, and vendors.
Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding leave programs and processes.
Monitor leave cases and ensure timely communication and case updates.
Support administration of FMLA, medical, personal, military, parental, disability, and other leave programs.
Coordinate with vendors regarding Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and Workers' Compensation claims.
Assist with return-to-work activities and leave closure processes.
Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Maintain accurate records, case documentation, and compliance standards.
Serve as a resource for leave-related questions from employees and managers.
Requirements
You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of applicable experience to be successful in this role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Knowledge of leave administration processes and applicable employment laws
Working knowledge of FMLA, disability programs, and leave management practices
Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulations
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and case management systems
